We're sorry to see you go, but if you've decided to close your OXFUN account, we're here to help. Please follow the steps below to begin the account closure process.

Step 1: Clear Your Balance and Cancel Open Orders

Before you close your OXFUN account, you must clear your balance and cancel any open orders you have in the market. You can cancel open orders by going to the 'Open Orders' tab and clicking on the 'Cancel All' button. You can clear your balance by navigating to the 'Funds' tab and withdrawing any remaining funds.


Step 2: Contact Customer Support

Once your balance is cleared and your open orders are cancelled, please reach out to our Customer Experience team using the OXFUN live chat and include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name

  • The wallet address associated with your OXFUN account

  • The reason for closing your account


Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

After you send the message, our Customer Experience team will begin verifying and processing your request. Upon completion, you will be sent a message confirming that your account has been closed. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

Important Notes

  • Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

  • If you have any open positions in the market, you must close them before requesting to close your account.
